The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.
SASSA will be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed concerning the substantial number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to status sassa reach-out to the SRD higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This really is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office devoted to service the area on a daily basis. The services level developed for intervention encounters a substantial influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tough for the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to empower the servicing of all consumers and boost access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
